Is this therapy?
No. The DQ Life is an educational and practice community. It supports learning and peer practice; it is not a substitute for individual therapy or clinical support.
How long will this take?
The monthly rhythm is designed to be sustainable. Core content can be covered in under two hours a month, with short weekly prompts if you want them.
What is Bowen Systems Theory?
A framework for understanding how relationships work – specifically how anxiety and stress move between people in families, workplaces, and other systems. The DQ Life makes it practical and accessible, giving you real skills to stay more yourself under pressure.
